About Bee County Court Docket

Bee County court dockets and case files are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, four justice courts, and Beeville Municipal Court. State and federal systems cover still other records. This private reference site organizes those official routes so readers can identify the right clerk, portal, address, or phone number before making a request.

Why We Built This Site

Many Texas court records are open to the public, but the correct custodian depends on the case. The Bee County District Clerk maintains district civil, family, felony, and related records. The Bee County Clerk holds county-level criminal, civil, and probate files. Each justice court and Beeville Municipal Court keeps the lower-court matters filed with it. re:SearchTX and iDocket may assist with a search, but neither replaces the office responsible for the original file. This site arranges those distinct routes, limits, and request details in clear terms.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Bee County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not a Texas court or Bee County office. Our role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Search boxes on certain pages are supplied by outside providers. Those companies control their services, results, and any prices they charge. If a visitor buys a service after using one of those tools, this resource may receive a referral payment. Provider data and charges are not controlled here. Any fact that matters should be confirmed with the Bee County court or clerk that keeps the source record.
